Applications usually open 8–10 months before the intake. Early applicants get the best scholarship chances.

English tests

Many German Master's programmes are taught fully in English and accept IELTS or TOEFL. Every Indian student also needs an APS certificate before the visa, and basic German helps a lot with part-time jobs.

A university may waive IELTS, but your visa may still need an English test. We check both for you.

MBA: GMAT & work experience

German MBAs (Mannheim, ESMT, WHU, Frankfurt School) usually want 2 – 3+ years of work experience and a GMAT or GRE score; fees are much higher than public-university Master's.

How long can I stay and work in Germany after my Master's?

18 months to find a job after graduating. Rules change, so we confirm the current position when you apply.

How much can I work while studying in Germany?

140 full days / year (or 20 hrs / week). Part-time work helps with living costs but shouldn't be planned as a way to pay tuition.

How long does the whole process take?

Usually 3 to 6 months from your first call to your visa, depending on the university and intake. Apply early: offers and scholarships go first to early applicants.
